Hello. I am a junior in high school and am joining football next year, I have not played before but a lot of my friends are telling me I should play next year. They all say I should go for wide receiver because I can catch the ball really well. I am 6'2 and about 170 pounds. I have never really worked out on routine, just a few times here and there. What are workouts I can do to become the best wide receiver to my ability?
