Punt Recovery Rules: Who Gets the Ball?

4th and 20 and team A are punting from their 10 yard line. The punt is high and short and a team B player muffs the catch without taking possession. Team A recover the loose ball on their 20 yard line. As team B never had possession and the gain on the play for team A was not enough to get a first down - should it be team B's ball?

In your play, it should be Team A's ball first and 10 at the spot of recovery the 20 yardline.  Team B muffed the kick therefore team A has the opportunity to recover but it cannot advance the kick.
