I wont to try andplay football again what can i do?

I want to try and play football again i haven't played since I graduated in 2007 since then i haven't been able to do anything by doctors order but now i am cleared and i go to a Indian River State College but they have no team and im not in football shape but i miss it everyday was just wondering what i could do to try and play again i live in Florida and don't know were are how to sign back up for it.

The first step you need to take is to get into football shape. Next, find out if you are eligible to play college football. If you are, you might want to think about changing schools. If you are not, you might want to give one of the semi-professional football teams a try. I feel that I must warn you these guys play rough so they should be your last choice (for playing football) and not your first. And if all else fails, do what I did, give coaching a try.
