walk-on help

Question
Dear coach,
I just graduated high school this past may, and I've played football since I was in the third grade. I sadly missed out on most of my junior year and all of my senior year due to injuries and academic ineligibility. My question to you, since I have not played an actual game in almost two years, is what is a good workout I can do to get faster and stronger as a defensive tackle to help better my chances of walking on at my division three college. Currently I am about 6'2" and weigh almost 280 pounds.

Answer
Dear Blake,
My advice to you is to walk to the nearest Junior College and have a talk with the Head Football Coach. He can help guide you in the right direction. You need to forget about playing for a Division 111 Football Team until you do what needs to be done.
