Tackle and guard

I'm a 6"4 280 pounds Offensive linemen who is looking for a college, I wonder what coaches are looking for when they are picking the tackles and guards, what I should show on my video tape and what is the most important thing when talking to college coaches.

Passing teams want offensive linemen that can pass block. Running teams want their tackles to be big, strong, and to have the ability to drive block. The guards must be quick, be able to pull, and lead the running plays.

My advice to you is to just ask them what they are looking for?
