College Football Recruiting: A Parent's Guide to Getting Noticed

Question
Our son is wanting to play college football.  He played FB in JV and three years HS football but we moved his senior year and they having him playing DT.  We are completely overwhelmed on where to start with getting colleges to look at him and how to create the marketing material for these colleges.  Our son is concerned because of the lack of game film due to moving and him agreeing to help the team by changing positions.  He feels that he doesnt have to have a D1 school but would like to have a quality school that could possibly offer partial or full scholarship.  What advise do you have and who would be able to give us listof what "marketing material" means?

Answer
There are some services out there, online that you can hire to help get his name some exposure.  I'm not sure what the names of them are but im sure you can do an internet such to look them up.  Also it would be wise to make a highlight tape of his games, so that you have something to send out to schools so that they can get a look at him.  Good luck Coach Noel!
