Offensive & Defensive Line Drills for Football Season Prep

is there any drills on playing o lins or d line that i can do that will get me ready

Answer
  Some good drills to do are squats, jumping rope, running and duck walks.  Running through cones and running through bags will also help you with footwork.  Punching a punching bag with open hand hits helps to simulate punching the defender.  Just staying in good shape before the season is the most important thing to do to get ready for the season.  GOOD LUCK COACH NOEL!
