Hey, my football camp just ended and im the best shape I have ever been in. I really don't want to lose this over the three week break we have. Can you help me set up a routine Monday-Sunday that would help me stay in shape, and maybe even get stronger and faster. Thanks.

Matt I would encourage you to just keep running everyday until the season begins.  Be sure to include stretching, sprints and distance running daily.  If you are lifting weights then you need to continue lifting as well.  Lift weights at least 3 days a week until the season begins.     GOOD LUCK COACH NOEL!
