Getting Back in Shape for Football After a Year Off: A Training Plan

I played football my 8th grade year and quit in my 9th grade year, and I was wondering how I could get into shape for my 10th grade year.

Adam all you need to do is start running everyday until the season gets here. Run a combination of sprints and distance daily. Also be sure to stretch everyday before and after your workout. Along with running be sure to add in 100 sit ups a day and 50 push ups a day.
