Speed Requirements for OLB and SS in Division II Football

I am 6'1 and weight 213 right now but not sure how fast i am i would say around a 4.8 i don't think i am big enough to play middle LB but possibly a OLB or a SS what is a good D2 speed for those posittions? thank you for your time

D2 isn't nearly as fast paced as D1.  With that being said, a 4.8 is plenty fast to play outside linebacker.  Because of some of the coverage responsibilities, it may be a tick slow for strong safety.  There are plenty of speed drills out there that could probably get that 4.8 down to a 4.65, then you're opening up a whole new realm of possibillities, not just strong safety, but free safety as well.  I hope this answers your question.
