hello i'm big and not very  slow i'd be able to cancentrate on hitting but my helmet makes my head stuffy and gives me major headaches any tips?

Dear Chris Jones:
Your helmet is too small for you, you need to get a bigger helmet. The same thing happen to me when I was playing football. The day my coach gave me a bigger helmet my headaches went away.
