Answer
Jeremy
Freshman football is where you will learn the fundamentals.  You are already very strong!  The next thing you need to do between now and August is to get into shape - good cario/vascular shape and make sure you lose any extra body fat.  You are growing so you won't really need to diet to lose weight, but rather cut out any junk foods and unnecessary sugars (i.e. sodas, extra bread products, etc)  Drink more water!  Start drinking water rather than juice or soda pops. you will drop down to lean muscle mass quicker by doing this without changing your diet too much.  Then you need to run.  If you start now everyother day or 4 days a week run 4 100 yard sprints, then in 2 weeks start running them for time and try to decrease your time.  Then run 6 40 yard sprints for time and 10 10 yard sprints.

Then for conditioning go to a football field and run from one endline to the other endline and back.  your goal is to each one under 45 seconds until you can run 4 of those - Gradually increasing from 1 set to 2 sets under 45 seconds then run 3 sets, etc.  Give yourself 30 seconds of recovery between sets.

The running exercises in addition to your weight lifting, Bench, deadlift, military press, curls, triceps press, etc. will get you ready for the season.  Again don't run more than 4 days a week.
