Tighter Spiral

Is there a certain technique I can use to help improve accuracy and throw a tighter spiral?

Thanks for the question.  OK, what I want you to do is go to the profile page on this site, where my name and profile is. Same place you found me to "ask a question". Find the section that says "view past answers".  In that section, there is a response to a guy names Campbell Cao, entitled "FOOTBALL QUESTION/QB" from 11/9/06.  He asked the same question and I gave him a very detailed response.  I think it is exactly what you are looking for.
