JV vs. Varsity: Understanding High School Rules for Seniors

Can a high school Senior play on Junior Varsity or should they be playing on Varsity during league games?

Thank you for your question.  The answer to your question depends on your State High school Association's rules and regulations as well as your league's rules.  Generally, a JV player will be in their Soph. or Jr. year.  In California I have knowledge of Seniors playing JV when they are new to the sport.

You need to check with your State's high school association to see if it is permissable.
