Strength Training for Young Athletes: Safe & Effective Workouts

Hey Coach,
    I am a 6'4 190 lb freshman at Beverly Hills High School. I need to  get stronger but I dont want to stunt my grwoth because I also play basketball and baseball. I am on the freshman team right now but I want to go to varsity next year. What kind of weights should I be lifting? And what workouts are good for Defensive end and Tight end? Thanks
