QUESTION: Dear expert,
       I have to workout all offseason for football season at my high school so i figured since i play hockey at the same during the season i could get both done at the same time, so I am looking to improve my speed, skating, stopping etc.) on ice what are some workouts I can do to improve these? I am also looking for stickhandling drills and how to improve shot accuracy and the speed of my shot also? Thank you for all your help and time.

Keep in mind that hockey and football training would not exactly be similar.

Jared,
I encourage you to look through some of my previous posts about conditioning. Even though most of it is for goalies, some of it still applies.

For speed you can work on intervals on a stationary bike (1 min off: 30 secs on [hard]). Sprints on a football field (in between the lines/ "suicides"). Use some kind of parachute/ bungee for leg strength if you have access to it. A slide board or some kind of leg adductor/ abductor machine. Any kind of leg workout including squats and olympic lifting (w/ spotter) would be good.

Stick handling: put a weight on 1 end of a rope and wooden stick (short) on the other end and hold it out infront of you. roll up the weight and backdown. this will build up wrist strength.
Use some plexiglass/ linoleum flooring and shoot pucks off of it.
Use a weighted puck.
