Question
My name is chris i am from dayton, ohio i am playing varsity for my high school this year as a junior and i was wondering if it would be better to stay there and play my senior year or to go on to juniors.  if i need to go on to juniors how can i get noticed by teams and how do i prepare for that kind of jump. any advice at all is greatly appreciated

Answer
Hi Chris,
It is important to finish high school! If your high school is a strong program and you're already playing varsity, it might be advantageous to stay put. If your program is extremely weak then playing elsewhere might help. You need to start getting in contact with other programs including colleges now! If you catch the interest of a Jr program or college, they should be able to "tell" you what to do or better yet what they expect from you. I'm sure it would be very easy to contact programs by looking on the web. Bottom line......finish high school with good enough grades to get into college!
