Rugby Tackling Techniques: Low Hits & Safe Techniques

I watch alot of rugby and a good dump or spear tackle always looks great. can you give me some tips on how to do both these things but ill understand if you cant say about spearing cause its illegal.

Hi John, Its actually easy to do this type of tackle, as the player is running towards you, hit them low and lift them up using their momentum and as they are going up and over drive them into the ground. The key is to use the momentum of the running player. Or if the player is static put your arms around his legs and left him driving him back.

Yes the tackle is illegal as it puts pressure on the neck.
