Question
Im 16 years old and i want to bulk up for rugby. im skinny build 14$ body fat but i have good muscle definition. i already workout in the gym, lifting lightweight but lots of reps, but is it time to start lifting heavy weights and less reps?

any ideas for putting on size, muscle and weight?

Answer
Hi Adam.

There is no easy answer: get a professional trainer or at least join a good quality gym.

Work on strength first. Once you hit your max strength then start on bulk. Then work in power, speed and endurance.

All those things require a short, mid and long term plan that you work with a trainer on constantly.
