getting back into rugby and fitness

Question
Hello
I have not played rugby for a year now and I have to admit my fitness is suffering. I would like to play again but not until next season which will be my last year at school. I want to get faster, have more stamina and have more power and strength before i go back (I hope to play flanker again), do you know any drills that will help me be a better flanker than i was last time in terms of fitness?
Thanks very much
Duncan

Answer
Sorry Duncan, as per my Bio I don't work on individual fitness training. Get to a gym / coach and get a trainer to assess your current level of fitness. Give him your ideal goals and work to set realistic goals and then get a routine to work on.

Running, stretching, working out, rest and diet all need to be specifically designed for you.
