hi im ashley and i play flanker for my school As team. i played in the u12 but soon u13. i weigh 45kgs and my height is 143 cm
i was wondering if you could give some tips for body weight exercies (too young for weights) and how many i should do i currently do 50 push ups a day. also how can i beat the other boys to the flanker posistion for this year as there are many new boys. also are adidas flanker boots good and are plastic studs ok for flanker

Hi Ashley,

It sounds like you just need to get creative. Use Google to search for body weight excersises. I did one and to this for example:

Also even though you are 12 it never hurts to to talk to your family doctor and a very well qualified gym/trainer.
