hi
um well im 15 years old and playing openside fetch/flank in rugby....i want to start going to gym to increase my strength and speed....what exersises must i be doing at the gym?and iv already hit my growing spirt and im quite big.

Hello Johnathan,

It is very important that you work with a qualified trainer in person. This will get you better more customized results and reduce the chance of injury.

Ask the gym to recomend a trainer who is experienced enough to train a younger person safely and get the results you need. Ask a lot of questions to learn about your training. Set short and long term goals after doing an initial strength and fitness test so you can measure your results.
