Question
QUESTION: Hi,
i was wondering if you could give me a typically training time table for a professional  rugby player, for example a second row like "Borthwick" who plays for England.

it needs to include when they train and what they do in there training, (also can include when they play matches)
for example: monday: session 1, aerobic fitness , session 2, ball skills, session 3 weights, Tuesday session 1, ... etc

thanks very much will be a great help harry :)

ANSWER: Hi Harry what you need is a customized program for yourself. You require a professional trainer, dietitian, medical check up and your actual coach.  All these people need to be on the same page and act as a team for you, just as a professional would have.

You need to plan to succeed with a support team not on your own. Following another player's routine will not serve you as it will be customized to that players abilities, goals, physical weaknesses, injuries, etc.

If you Google "professional rugby player training" many interesting results come up they might be useful for you.

Cheers

Answer
Hi Harry,

I have given you a lot of pointers to come up with your own plan. I am here to answer specific questions to people. If you have a specific question let me know. I feel it is important you complete your school project on your own from your own research not mine.
