Hello, Mr. Vuhnovich. I read your answer about the best way to take care of an injury. I pulled my hamstring early in the spring season and then gave it rest but kept pulling it over and over. I tweaked it about 3 weeks ago and haven't done anything on it so I'm doing the rest part. I was curious what the Pose Running Method is? Also any other helpful hints, this coming season is a big one and I need to be at full strength. Thank you for your time.

Also if you live in the Irvine/ Orange County area of SoCal I can suggest a coach. He does a course at a local community sports center for about $65 over 6 weeks and it is awesome.
