I broke my fibula in a ruck player came from the side hit my knee snap I play #2 div 3 U.S.A Northern calif. Anyway I want to come back stronger then ever. What drills do you unofficially recommend?.

You need a properly worked up weight / resistance regime. This will involve going to a gym and getting a professional trainer to work with you over time to get up to speed. The physical therapist you should have got from the injury will also be someone to consult.
