hit by pitch rules

I girls fast pitch softball, how many batters can a pitcher hit before the umpire is required to remove her from the mound? We had a pitcher hit four of our players and the umpire would not remove her from the mound. I could not find anything in the rule book about this. Thanks for your help. -Mike

You couldn't fine it in the rule book because there is no rule on this.  This is why the umpire wouldn't do anything about the pitcher, they did not have any authority to do so.

Where you able to score any runs with the extra base runners?
