Coaches in Dugout

Question
How many coaches are allowed in a softball dugout?  If there is a limit, will it hurt any players going to college, should the rule be pointed out by an another team? or will this only go against the team/school itself?

I am assuming that you are referring to high school because you refer to school in your question.  There is not a rule that limits the number of coaches a team can have.

Your guess is as good as mine if it will affect kids going to school.  As far as pointing it out to the umpire I think we go back to the original answer, there really is nothing to point out.

From my point of view, too many coaches in the opposing dug out is a good thing.  Kind of like too many cooks in the kitchen.
