manager to pitchers circle

In 12U How many times may a manager call time out go to the pitchers circle to talk to his pitcher before he is required to replace her?

Hi Tim,

a team is allowed 3 defensive conferences per 7 inning game.  They may use them all in 1 inning or spread them out.  After 3 the pitcher is removed from the pitching position, they may play another position.  In extra inning games 1 is allowed per inning.
