runners bases loded

Question
Situation;Bases loaded one out and the batter hit the ball line drive toward third base line.The third base runner is stradling the third base line one foot in fair and the other in fould territory.The third base runner get hit by the ball what is the call? WHAT WOULD THE CALL BE IF THERE WERE TWO OUTS? What about the batter in both situations?

Answer
If the ball is over fair territory when it hits the runner, dead ball runner out.  If it is not third out, the other runners advance, batter gets first.  If third out, the other team is now up to bat!

If the ball is over foul territory when it hits the runner, foul ball.
