Do you know of a good template to use when planning a high school tryout?  What would be a good way to divide time between fundamental skills, offense, defense, pitching, and catching?

We use a point system, players field x number of balls, field x number of balls, throw x numbers of balls and so on,earning points that will later be tallied. We do the same thing with batting.
We don't divide time, each girl gets the same amount of try's, we even use whats called a rookie, to hit the grounders and the flies, this way everything is consistent. If you don't have a rookie you could use a pitching machine.
Trust me, make sure everything is the same for every girl.
