MLB Fly Ball Etiquette: Keep or Donate?

Generally, what are the "rules" of etiquette when catching a fly ball at a MLB stadium.  Do you have to yield it to the nearest interested youth?  Can you keep it?

I don't see a problem with keeping it, Matt.  If you are a regular or season ticket holder, perhaps it would be best to pass it to a youngster nearby, but if you aren't a regular attendee to these games I think a souvenir for yourself is fine.
