Best Fastpitch Softball Bat Sizes for 16, 14, & 12 Year Olds

I have a= 16, 14 and 12 year old daughters who all play fastpitch, what are good size bats for each? The 16 year old is looking at a 33-23, -10. Is that too heavy?

Hello Ann,

That shouldn't be too heavy for her.  Assuming she isn't petite and is of average strength for her age, I don't see that size as being a problem.  Sorry we were slow to respond, but questions that are allocated to the question pool are often late to get responses.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
