Can fast pitch pitchers wear white sleeves?

Answer
The rule states the pitcher shall not wear any item on the pitching hand, wrist, forearm, elbow or thighs, which may, in the umpire抯 judgment, be distracting to the batter.

Generally white or gray sleeves are legal however I could see where if the pitchers sleeves are long and white and the ball is white this could be judged a distraction.
