Slowpitch Softball Designated Hitter (DH) Rules & Extra Hitters

In Men's slowpitch softball, can a DH be used for a position player?  Or do all position players have to be in the batting lineup?

In softball, there is no such thing as a DH.  Fast Pitch uses the DP/Flex, while slow pitch uses the Extra Hitter or EH.  Basically all an EH is you can bat 11 players while fielding 10.  They can move around and sub in and out defensively as little or as often as you like.  In slow pitch all players in the lineup must bat.
