We play by asa rules slow pitch 10 women field can an extra hitter enter the field? can they become a fielder?

You can bat 11 with the extra hitter but you can only field 10 players on defense at any given time. You can rotate who plays the 10 defensive spots as often as you like but someone will be riding the pine.
