Training a 10 year old to be the best vball player she can be

I am a dominican III level FIVB volleyball coach and my 10 year old goddaughter is living y Brooklyn, NY. How can she find a volleyball academy a club or so, where she can learn how to play volleyball as a beginner?. I could train her one month a year here in my country in the summer but as you know it is not enough. I will thank you a lot if you help me to find what I am looking for.

Here are my suggestions that I would recommend you forward to the girl's parents.

a) First, encourage the parents to find parents of a female who has completed the process of development as a teenager.  What did they do to create a volleyball beast?  What choices did they make that they regret?  What choices did they make that they were happy with?  Especially have the parents find other parents whose daughter(s) are playing in college.  

b) Second, encourage the parents to find parents of a female who is still in high school who is consumed by volleyball.  Then ask them the same questions.  

There's no better testimonial than from a parent who's already been through it all.  If your goddaughter lived in western Virginia, I'd have great advice for you.   :)  

c) Third, have the girl ask her friends who are consumed by volleyball.  But, this isn't as reliable because her friends won't have the adult perspective.  The parents need to know "parent stuff":  distance, cost, safety, time commitment, etc.

Finally, tell them to not Google, "want to improve volleyball," b/c you'll get swamped by websites, testimonials, etc.  They're all advertisements.  You won't know what to believe.
