Online source for facts about volleyball

My 10 year old (5th grade) daughter flunked her PE pop exam on volleyball, but will be allowed to redeem herself if she writes a report including at least 10 facts on the game of volleyball beyond what's given in her book. My thought was to help her to use an internet search for obtaining information. But it turns out that despite hours of searches with many combinations of keywords and thousands of 揾its? we found very little real information about the game on the internet.

Can you help us by directing us to a site that has information about the game, playing field, ball/ net criteria, etc?

That's a tough assignment!!  Tell your daughter to ask her teacher if she can interview a college coach and if this is OK with her teacher email me with some questions and I will gladly answer them.  I don't know what is in your daughters book so I do not know what facts she has or does not have...if you ask me some specific questions or give me a few general topics I may be of some help.

I have a game tonight and on Sunday so I may not get right back to you but I will answer your questions by Sunday (Monday the latest) night.

I am the assistant coach at Fordham University.  We are a Division I institution that plays out of the A-10.  Maybe we could send your daughters teacher a couple of media guides for extra credit.
