4x4 Volleyball Setting Strategies & Resources - Advice for New Players

Recently out of university, and on a 4X4 team for the first time. I played volleyball all throughout high school, a bit in college, and some rec leagues since then. I have always played the position of setter. I am now faced with new strategies for 4X4 setting. Do you have any recommendations regarding strategy? Do you know of any good reading material?

I'm sorry, I wrote to you last week but it seems that the system did not deliver my message.  I am also sorry that I do not really know any thing about beach 4's.  It's a game that I never had anything to do with as far as coaching went.
