winchester flyrod

This rod is painted black metal of some kind, 3 segments with welded eyelits total length is 7'6''.Aluminum base?, then cork,then the reel seat with a meisselbach featherlight 260 reel,then aluminum? area with pat May 4,1920.Up a little further here is also the Winchester trademark,then more cork, then aluminum peice ,then the rod segments,in excellent condition.Just trying to identify and possibly price if you can. if I understand you , there are 2 cork handles above and below the reel seat. That's a surf rod at 7"6".
I am pretty sure that Winchester did not make fly rods that short.
The fly rods that have enough value to be mentioned in books, have four digit model numbers.
