AMERICAN FORK AND HOE

Question
I have a hollow steel fly rod No L20-81/2. It has two tips and is green with black and gold windings. Can you tell me anything about it? Age, value etc.

Answer
Hi Richard,

The American Fork and Hoe, I believe, became True Temper.  I am guessing 1920-1930's but I am not really the antique rod expert here.  This is a question for Joe Douglas on this site.  He will know more about the value too.  Please repost this question to him.

Good luck,

Marc
