Do you know of a good source to purchase authentic vintage lure
hardware?

There are a few good sources for plug parts like Netcraft, Stamina, Moores, and luremaking.com.  "Authentic", as in the original parts, No.  You would almost have to find another plug on e-bay and scrap it out for parts to get original items.  many of those hook hanger systems were unique to that lure, manufacturer, or era that they were never produced for do-it-yourselfers.  

If you are doing something simple like the Heddon two screw surface mount, you can come pretty close.  If you are doing a "toilet seat' or "L" rig, you probably aren't going to find the stuff.
