Brooklure No. 35 Reel: Identification & Value - Expert Insights

I was given a reel with the words (i think) say Brooklure in script and then NO. 35 below. Was wondering if you knew anything about this reel. Thanks in advance.

Hi David,

I'm not really the collectables expert here.  I know that the reel is probably from the late forties or fifties.  Unfortunately, they aren't worth a lot of money.  There are a bunch on e-bay for $10-$40.
