Roky fly rod

A friend of mine has Roky fiberglass 8 1/2 ft. dry fly rod with a model or serial number of B458A. It was made in the USA. Can you tell me anything about these rods and what they might be worth. I would say it is in nearly perfect condition, considering how long he has had it. Thank you  Alan Nease

Sorry, I've not been able to locate any information on this rod.  What part of the country was the rod acquired in and at what store?  It may a local sporting goods store brand or special logo on the rod.  I really don't know on this one.

Older glass rods in good shape tend to run in the $20-$60 range depending on whether or not the brand is a popular one and the quality of the blank.
