mitchell 300 dl
I have been trying to find out the value my Mitchell 300 DL reel dated June 17 1974. It is in mint condition and is in it's wooden presentation box. It dose not have a gold engraved plate attached to the reel and the one on the top of the box is blank. I have researched several sites on the internet and have found pictures of this reel that look exactly like the one I have. The Mitchell Collectors International states that approximately 25 of these reels were made as presentation pieces to company execs. It also states that some were made without the gold plate as is the case with the reel I own. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I am going to recommend you post this on the Orca site, you will get a better valuation. I am familiar with reels in general, but not this specific one.
