Fenwick pak rod

I have a Fenwick Feralite pack rod. H74426 SF 80480-4 8ft. 4 1/2oz. 1/8 to 3/8 lures  Fly line #6. Can you tell me about when it was made and todays value? Would appreciate it. Thanks, Alice

The Feralite rods were built between 1965 and 1980.  The Spin/Fly combination rod like yours (SF 80480-4) would be valued in Good/Very Good condition in the $50-$75 range; and in Excellent/Mint condition in the $85-$100 range.

The Fenwick Feralite rods have a strong and loyal following.  I meet a lot of people who simply won't fish with any other rod.  They search the garage sales and flea markets for feralites.  If they happen to break one, they don't hesitate to have it repaired.  These are good rods and work quite well.
