tubular fibreglass rod

i have a 13ft tubular fibreglass rod it has 3 section and the butt section has a sticker on it, it says "olympic model #H-1303L" i know nothing about this rod, is it good? how old is it? plz could you give me any info you have, would b most greatful, thx for your time

Sorry you are asking  a US trout  bamboo fly rod man about a fiberglass rod that is probably  a 2 handed salmon or surf rod.

Neither the make nor model is in my books or memory.
