Troubleshooting Loose Reel Handle: A Comprehensive Guide

hey man how are you?i have a question about my ny reels handle its an akumo but i c this in alot of others as well.the handle has a little space between where the handle slides in and the knob on the other side and when u shake the handle it feels lose .ive tightened the handle as much as possible .is there a trick to make my hadle as tight as possible?thanx 4 ur time.

I think you've dropped the small fiber washer that should be on the screw that holds the handle on (you don't say it, but I'm assuming this is a spinning reel).If this is the case you've lost the spacer and won't be able to  close the gap. You could try replacing the fiber washer with a very small rubber o-ring
