Michigan Fishing Regulations: Using Bluegill as Bait for Bass & Catfish

I live in michigan and I am trying to find out if it is legal to use bluegill as bait for bass and catfish.

I could find nothing in the regulations to indicate that bluegill were not allowed as bait. However the link above is to the Michigan Fishing Regulations. I would check those again before advising you.. and I NEVER like to tell someone what is legal or illegal since regulations change and can also be misinterpreted. Since I could find nothing does not mean there is nothing there.
I would call the Michigan Dept. of Natural Resources at 517-373-0908
They can better answer your question and can be quoted in court and I can not.
