T$T Bamboo Spinning Rod

Question
I have a 5'6"Thomas and Thomas bamboo SPINNING rod. It is labeled "custom spin" on it. It has two tips and the tips exactly match each other in color and node placement. It does not appear to have varnish on it but some other type of material to make it a semi-gloss finish. The reel seat is a burled walnut and it uses a German silver screw type lock for the reel. It has never been used and I think it is from the 90's. Do you have any idea of the value of this?

Answer
Joseph,
Yes I have a comparable value but please do not quote me for prices, Please. Can I say please again ? I am getting the prices from Antique & Collectable Fishing Rods: Identification & Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997. You can probably find it in your local library. The 5'6" Thomas &  Thomas bamboo "custom baitcaster" rod has an extra tip goes for  100, 235 and $385 for poor, good, excellent respectively. It was made in 1975. AS to your specific rod I doubt you get get that much for it as it has little collectors value. It is the fly rods that really attract attention.
Good Luck
