restore a heddon fly rod

I HAVE A #17 THREE PIECE FLY ROD THAT NEEDS SOME ATTENTION. CAN YOU RECOMMEND SOMEONE WHO IS GOOD AT THIS TYPE OF WORK. IT'S MISSING A LINE GUIDE ON THE MIDDLE PIECE AND HAS SOME OXIDATION . IT WAS LEFT TO ME AND I WOULD LIKE TO USE IT IF POSSIBLE.  PLEASE LET ME KNOW....

I assume it is a bamboo rod , right? I make and restore bamboo rods. Please email [email protected] with specifics on the rod, any labels ? color of thread? I specialise in making rods fishable again. I offer free estimates , you can mailit to me in Denver. I'll give you an address when you email me.
I also have done lots of work with graphite and fiber glass rods.
